This is a hard one, how to dissolve fear and not be gripped by it. We don't always recognize the subtle small fears that pervade our thoughts and actions, sometimes crippling our lives. Have a kind talk with yourself and ask yourself to describe your fears. Look in every nook and crannie.
Don't ask yourself to deny the fear, but allow yourself to feel it. As you do this, create a safe atmosphere deep inside that lets whatever feeling just be as it is. This loving, kind you can be the best help to metabolize any fear.
Share this safe space with friends and family, and even strangers who may be afraid of fear too. Fear has no power in the presence of unconditional love and kindness.
