Use your breath as the master movement for releasing you from your spiraling down eddy. Then take a step in any direction. Life stalls for all of us. Every day has tasks to do just to maintain status quo. And we keep adding to the list of these tasks, as stuff piles up around us, and in us. We slow down even more, stuck and unable to move. Breath is the master movement, the first step to take in any moment. Consciously surrender and allow your next step to show up without direction or judgment or pressure. Move yourself and your life.
